陆河县重拳出击公娱场所消防安全整治
为深刻吸取“10.8”安全事故教训，认真贯彻落实市委市政府、县委县政府关于“全面开展安全生产大排查大整治”相关文件、会议精神，10月9日至今，陆河县高位谋划、周密部署，组织公安、消防、文广新等职能部门成立联合督导组，全面发动镇级消防所，提前介入，做好预防，对辖区公共娱乐场所开展拉网式消防安全隐患专项治理，坚决杜绝亡人和有影响的火灾事故发生。http://p1-tt-ipv6.byteimg.com/large/pgc-image/e688ca74b0f94333b8aa44ea1eedefea

此次专项治理重点对场所内消防疏散通道是否畅通、消防设施器材是否完好有效、消防控制室值班记录是否完善、微型消防站应急处置程序是否合理合法，“每两小时一巡”、“每日一查”等日常消防安全管理制度是否落实，“三自主两公开一承诺”是否上墙公示等社会单位主体责任落实情况进行逐一检查。现场就单位员工是否会组织逃生疏散、是否会使用身边灭火器材、是否会扑救初期火灾、是否开展培训教育等消防安全“四个能力”建设情况进行抽查指导，要求社会单位务必提高预防火灾事故的意识及面对初期火灾的处置能力，做到“一人把关一处安，众人防火稳如山”。

截止目前，陆河县各地各部门先后成立20个检查组，完成对全县13家KTV，22家酒吧、30余家清吧等歌舞娱乐场所的检查；检查发现隐患310余处，现场整改隐患280余处，查封2处，关停1家，消除了一批火灾隐患和消防违法行为，全面净化了公共娱乐场所领域消防安全环境。

冬春火灾防控期在即，陆河县将继续深化对全县宾馆、酒店、KTV、酒吧、商场、市场、大型综合体等人员密集场所开展地毯式、全覆盖、无死角的消防安全隐患大排查大整治，不断推进社会单位消防安全主体责任落实，为坚决打赢安全生产大排查大整治攻坚战，维护地方社会经济高效发展保驾护航。
